Document Management
Time Matters document automation feature produces client and court papers faster than ever before. The version control feature allows tracking an unlimited number of versions, reverting to old versions, and opening old versions as new documents.

The unique mail and courier tracking system helps legal professionals manage incoming and outgoing mail. Tracking numbers and certified mail receipts are captured to ensure they have records of delivery and receipt, and can track costs. Legal professionals can also manage phone calls, faxes and e-mails, and link communication records to a case, matter and client files.

Time Matters has integrations with a wide variety of billing, document management, email and other desktop business applications allowing your firm deploy and configure the Time Matters software in a manner that will best suit the workflow of your attorneys and staff.
Data Importing and Synchronization Tools
Time Matters includes integrated utilities which may be used to import data directly from a number of legal and non-legal business applications, as well as data that has been exported to a generic text file format such as CSV (Comma Separated Value).

Time Matters offers flexible options for capturing time spent on daily activities, and has true integration with LexisNexis’ industry leading PCLaw and Juris billing and account applications.
